The Mahindra XUV.e9 is an upcoming all-electric coupe SUV based on the XUV700 platform, expected to launch in 2025.

Overview: Mahindra XUV.e9 2025
Mahindra will unveil its production-ready BE.05 SUV and XUV.e9 in Chennai on November 26. These production-spec electric SUVs will be named BE 6e and XEV 9e, respectively.

As revealed by the spy images, both these INGLO platform-based models are expected to be radically designed, just like the concepts they are based on.
- The BE 6e could get 60kWh and 79kWh battery options.
- The BE 6e is expected to have RWD and AWD versions.
- The XEV 9e is likely to be available only in a RWD version.
Feature & Tech
The BE 6e will be positioned above Mahindra’s XUV400 electric SUV and will compete with the Tata Curve EV and upcoming models like the Hyundai Creta EV and Maruti EVX.

In terms of dimensions, the concept model was 4,370 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and 1,635 mm high, and had a wheelbase of 2,775 mm.
The dimensions of the production BE 6e are also likely to be around the same, meaning it will be as big as Maruti’s original electric car eVX.
As we mentioned when we spotted the exclusive spy pictures of the BE 6e, Mahindra aims to attract customers who want a distinctive road presence and a ton of technology with this newly styled e-SUV.
The spy shots also show an interior that is similar to the one shown in the 2022 concept – a twin-screen setup and a unique wraparound element that extends from the dashboard to the centre console can be seen.
